Yuri Elkaim was born and brought up in Toronto Canada and at the tender age of 4 years fell in love with soccer.  Some years latter he fulfilled his dream of playing professional soccer when he was signed up by LOSC lille, one of the top football teams in France. This dream was short lived however as his transfer deal to Amien FC fell through because of some unknown reasons.

After one year of professional football play, Yuri Elkaim was back home working as a trainer for various clients. During his second year in the university of Toronto, Yuri Elkaim secured his first job as a personal trainer.  It was here he got to encounter  clients for the first time and he got to share what he had learned over the year. Soon clients were lining up waiting for Yuri Elkaim’s services. He launched his first MP3 fitness program with the main goal of having the clients exercise as instructed by his voice. This  was convenient for many of his clients as it fit perfectly in their schedules.

Yuri Elkaim then launched his first online guide and Raw Food Diet website  Eating For Energy meant to provide a detailed step by step plan to eating raw foods healthily.
